Anna Foster has been a cannabis industry professional since 2003, however, her involvement in the cannabis movement started much earlier. In 1995 she was catapulted into the drug war when her father, Will Foster, was busted for the cultivation of a small medical cannabis garden in Tulsa, Oklahoma; he received a 93 year prison sentence. Five years later, Will Foster was granted parole and seeking refuge from cannabis persecution relocated to California. Anna soon followed landing in San Francisco Bay, the hub of the medical cannabis movement in the early 2000's.  She has dedicated her adult life working to promote cannabis freedom and policy change.

Anna has been employed by several well-known professionals and star companies within the cannabis space throughout the San Francisco Bay, Sonoma County, and Northern California’s Emerald Triangle.

Having an interest in small business and entrepreneurship, Anna excels in turning disorganized environments into smooth running, high functioning operations. Anna is able to handle the daily demands of any business setting by fully utilizing her specialized tool kit, professional experience, and industry knowledge.

Since 2017, Anna has worked as an independent cannabis consultant providing business, licensing and compliance services to small farmers in Mendocino county.

​

In 2019, Anna tied the knot on Mekenna Beach, Maui, HI to Dallas, TX native Xavier Lee. In 2021 they welcomed a baby girl.

​

Anna and family recently relocated to Anna's home town of Tulsa, OK where she continues to provide consulting services to both Oklahoma and California clientele.
